Jimmy was great. He explained the issue clearly and quick with minimal mess.
This company is a full service expert care company. They manage irrigation and drainage systems at my home and also have done landscape lighting and mosquito and tick control. They were great and I relied upon them in the past. Now they are not responsive and have become expensive. I do not mind paying for service but they did a very expensive upgrade to my sprinkling system and I am not certain it works and the installer asked ME to call the office on Monday morning and they have not responded.

Kielan was above and beyond today. Unfortunately we had a lot of heads that had to be replaced plus 2 pipe leaks, but he wouldn’t leave until he knew the job was complete. It cost us some bucks , but now we know the job was done by an expert. Send Kielan back in the future if possible. He was great to work with.

Miguel checked out every zone individually and made sure all the heads were performing properly. Made some quick adjustments and checked all zones to make sure they were spraying to his approval. He did a fantastic midseason tune-up.Thank you for a wonderful job!
